B2B portal for manufacturers, dealers, franchisers, and wholesale companies on the example of the case «Saint Gobain».

Task

The project is for self-service of large corporate clients. Customers  create orders through the site and their own ERP systems with all rules, premiums, discounts, penalties, pricing features and unique prices We simplified the business process of customer service and provided a new level of service. Also, we eliminated manual processing of all exceptions and merged part of software products into one, reducing license fees.

In one month we launch the project with integration with SAP, MVP on the original version of the design. Also, we create a project with full described functionality  and provide first client engagement in 2 months.

Over the next 6 months we train, adjust and support the project to provide service to all customers. One of the most important task is to debug all business processes in the office and take into account all complex and rare cases.

Credit limits and financial information

It is essential to be able to provide and make transparent all agreements in your personal account with credit contracts and agreed payment schedules. It simplifies interaction with counterparties, increases payment discipline and avoids conflict situations.

Commercial offers

You can get special commercial conditions for a number of projects on the portal without a sales manager. Special conditions depend on a complex logic closely integrated between the Magento and the internal SAP system.

Mobile application

We faced an ambitious task. We need to keep 100% of the functionality of the desktop version and to make usable and understandable interface. User had to find and execute any target action by 2-4 clicks.

And we did it!

You will see the business process and the flow chart of the order on the order page in the portal Magento 2. This scheme can be unique for each set of rules and reflects real transitions in the orders processing. Some statuses require confirmation by the client. In such cases, the client receives notifications to the mail automatically.
