The company produces four categories of products: dairy products, baby food, water and clinical nutrition. Advantages of the project «Danon-direct» are fresh products from the manufacturer, observance of the cold chain during transportation, and the opportunity to make a subscription for regular delivery.
Danone is one of the largest suppliers to wholesale and retail shops. However, the interaction with the client was weak. That's why one of the tasks was to redesign the system of communication between the producer and the final consumer.
In the old version of the site, the catalog structure was poorly constructed. There was no hierarchy of categories and subcategories, no filters and sorting, there was not enough information on the cards of goods.
There were user order scripts with ambiguous meaning. A significant percentage of users left at the checkout. Many left even at the stage of adding to the cart. In the user profile it was impossible to properly track and manage orders.
We completely changed the design, developed the catalog structure with convenient filtering, recycled the product card, provided quick access to the shopping cart, create checkout process and personal cabinet units.
The homepage was completely redesigned and built on the design integration of the online store with the identity of the brand Danone.
