We conducted a study among phone number dealers to find out the weaknesses of the application and what dealers do not like in the functionality of the mobile application.

Based on the results of the study, we came to the conclusion that it is necessary to simplify the interface and reduce the stages of the dealer's work with the client through a mobile application.
